Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- 🇸🇪 Sweden: 2–5 business days
- 🌍 International: 7–14 business days
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost Shipments If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@aureviawigs.com We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Refused Deliveries If a delivery is refused, the package will be returned to us. We are not responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
